We have a rare opportunity for a full time Residential Assistant. This shift is 6AM-2PM. Shifts will be during the week with rotating weekends and holidays. We will train the right person. This position will be under the supervision of the Program Manager to perform the following duties:
- Provide quality customer service to our guests, volunteers and donors.
- Assist guests with meeting their needs: providing them phone messages, mail and support.
- Monitor guests to make sure they are following their program and completing their daily chores.
- Assist with transporting guests as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum age of 18 years.
High School diploma or GED Certification
Ability to lift up to #50 with assistance
Driver's license
Outstanding personal hygiene.
Ability to communicate both verbally and written to guests, staff and volunteers.
Attend work on a regular basis and be punctual for shifts.
Seeking a self-starter and attention to detail
Rotating weekends, evenings and holidays
