Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated person who loves kids and has a strong desire to help them grow in a fun and interactive environment. In this role, you will work directly with autistic children up to age six, implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions. Your focus will be on enhancing clients' skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and promoting independence through personalized therapy plans in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support clients’ developmental goals.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as grooming, dressing, and communication skills, fostering independence and empowerment for the child.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data during therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families, supervisors, and other team members to ensure cohesive care plans.
- Support clients by applying specialized strategies tailored to their unique needs.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
