Position Title
Vice President of Early Childhood Day Treatment

Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday - Friday with flexibility for hours worked per day.
Location:
The VP will have a primary office at our Minnetonka or Minneapolis campus, with an average of 2 days per week at their non-primary site.
Program Summary:
St. David has two preschool day treatment models: Autism Day Treatment and Family Place (emotional and behavioral day treatment). Our approach to treatment is developmental, relational, and play-based, integrating mental health and pediatric therapies. Our Autism Day Treatment is Floor Time Informed, and our Family Place Day Treatment utilizes the Developmental Repair Approach.
The Vice President of Early Childhood Day Treatment is a newly created position that will provide reflective leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for St. David's Day Treatment services across multiple clinic and community-based locations. The Vice President is responsible for ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes, financial sustainability, program growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence throughout all Day Treatment programs.

Job Qualifications:
Education
· Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Counseling.
· Independent clinical licensure in the State of Minnesota (LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent) and must be a Board Approved Supervisor.
Experience
· Minimum five to ten years of progressive leadership experience in children's mental health services and day treatment programs.
· Understanding of regulatory compliance, licensing standards, healthcare documentation and quality assurance processes.
· Experience supervising clinical leaders and managing through multiple layers of leadership in support of strategic initiatives that resulted in growth, improved outcomes, increased access or operational improvements.
· Demonstrated responsibility for budget development, financial management, productivity monitoring, workforce development and achievement of financial goals.
