*Possible Pay Increase of 0% - 3% After 90 Days.
JOB SUMMARY: Deals the table games to players according to the rules of thegame and provides excellent, friendly service to every guest player.
QUALIFICATIONS: Native American preference. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. One (1) year previous dealing experience or completion of the In-House Dealer Training Program. Must have good counting skills. Must have a clear and distinct speaking voice. Must have the ability to get along well with guests and co-workers of all personalities.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must have good manual dexterity. Must be able to work and maneuver in a confined area of the Pit for the entire shift. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and accurately and rapidly deal game for 60 continuous minutes. Must have the ability to tolerate smoke-filled areas. Must be able to maintain composure and exhibit a pleasant, professional personality in stressful situations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Greet guests and deals game accurately and rapidly. Deals the appropriate game, according to the rules of the game. Pays winners and collects from losers as dictated by the game dealt. Explains the game in a courteous manner when asked by guests or players. Forwards all complaints and concerns to appropriate personnel.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings. Must comply with and enforce all safety policies and rules.
