RATE OF PAY: $7.15/HR. TIPS
JOB SUMMARY: Deal accurately and by house rules on assigned tables. Provide friendly, excellent service to every guest.
QUALIFICATIONS: Native American preference. One (1) year previous Poker dealing experience or complete and pass the In-house Dealer Training Program. Must have a clear and distinct speaking voice.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must have good manual dexterity. Must have the ability to accurately and rapidly deal Poker for one (1) continuous hour with a 20 minute break alternately during the entire shift.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Greet guests and deal game accurately and rapidly. Handle concerns and questions from guests, forward them to appropriate personnel if necessary. Accurately maintain chip bank while dealing game.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings. Must comply with and enforce all safety policies and rules.
