Duties/Responsibilities
- Registers patients according to established workflow processes across the enterprise.
- Inputs patient demographic and insurance information for medical record and billing purposes.
- Verifies health insurance.
- Responsible for obtaining co-pay/deductible/out-of-pocket as applicable.
- Responds to the orientation and developmental needs of employees.
- Assists with the day-to-day operation of the department, reviewing and delegating daily tasks and providing oversight of processes.
- Assists with candidate interviews and disciplinary actions.
- Analyzes workflows, ensuring complete and accurate data is entered timely without treatment delay.
