• Teach engaging, college-preparatory science courses (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related fields)
• Help develop and expand our robotics program, including student involvement and competition opportunities
• Design and implement new STEM electives, such as engineering and computer programming courses
• Bring science and STEM to life through labs, projects, and real-world, problem-based learning
• Inspire curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in all students
• Collaborate with colleagues to build innovative curriculum and interdisciplinary opportunities
• Provide meaningful feedback that supports student growth and achievement
• Foster a structured, positive classroom environment where all students can succeed
