What are the responsibilities and job description for the MCCT-Maternal Child Health Scrub Technician position at St. Barnabas?
The Maternal and Child Care Technician will work under the supervision of a professional nurse, performing activities and procedures of a non-professional nature involving direct care to patients, as well as participating in a number of the health care team in assisting with the implementation of patient care.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have:
- Graduate of an accredited Certified Technician/Technologist program
- Certified CST required
- (1) year experience in a hospital setting, preferably child and maternal care
- Good manual dexterity is required.
