What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiology Registration Supervisor position at St. Barnabas?
The Radiology Registration Supervisor acts in a role of leadership at all times to the Radiology staff and all other departments and associated personnel. They will work with their staff to continue to make Customer Service a priority, treating Patients, Colleagues and Providers in a professional manner exercising courtesy and tact.
Effectively communicates with patients and others about Radiology services in their area(s) of expertise or responsibility and ensures that concerns, questions or issues reach the right person(s) in SBH in a timely fashion.
They will also Work in a manner that supports the mission and vision of the SBH Health Healthcare System and performs in accordance with system-wide competencies and behaviors. Educate, and serve as resource to providers on patients.
Qualifications:
- Education Required – Associates Degree Required. Bachelors Preferred
- License(s) Required – None
- Experience/Skills Required – Working knowledge of computers. Experience in Registration and Insurance verification.
