The Assistant Swim Coach will work under the direction of the Head Coach to assist in all aspects of the university's swim program. This includes planning practices, recruiting student-athletes, promoting academic achievement, and supporting competitive success at the collegiate level.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily practices, meet preparation, and competition strategy.
- Provide individual instruction and mentorship to student-athletes.
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging prospective swimmers.
- Help monitor academic performance and support student-athlete development.
- Ensure adherence to NAIA rules and university policies.
- Maintain equipment and assist with team travel arrangements.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous competitive swimming and/or coaching experience required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Current Lifeguard Certification or willingness to acquire.
- Experience recruiting at the collegiate level.
- Knowledge of NAIA rules preferred
