The Team Lead will work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. May participate in making management decisions affecting the work. Includes team leaders who work as part of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Position Supervised or Directed:

Supervised.

Qualifications, Experience requirements:

• Must have experience and a working knowledge of the product.


• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.


• Must have knowledge of the current Bargaining Agreement and Company Policies.


• Must be punctual and dependable with an excellent attendance record.


• Must be computer literate.


• Ability to attain a certified forklift license preferred.

General Requirements:

• Able to travel to other divisions when required. 


• Detailed and hands-on oriented.

Working Conditions:

• Office and manufacturing plant environment. 


• Requires physical ability, which may include standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, and working in areas that are not climate controlled for long periods.


• Occasionally exposed to fumes.
