The Onsite Wastewater System Technician will operate or control an entire process or system of machines, often through the use of control boards, to transfer or treat water or wastewater. This is a second shift position, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Mon-Thurs. with possible overtime on Fridays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Position Supervised or Directed:
Reports to Wastewater/Pretreatment Supervisor.
Qualifications, Experience requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Licensed forklift operator
- 1 years of experience in wastewater/pretreatment working in a manufacturing environment.
General Requirements:
- Detailed and hands-on oriented.
Working Conditions:
- Manufacturing plant environment
- Frequently indoors
- Physical ability, which may include standing, lifting, carrying, reaching.
- Occasionally exposed to high/cold temperatures, loud noises, and fumes.
