Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an operations-focused professional to oversee strategic partnerships and continuous improvement initiatives for our team in a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse environment. Our team prioritizes operational excellence and supply chain integration, ensuring seamless collaboration and compliance across manufacturing and logistics functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the liaison between manufacturing sites and third-party logistics provider, ensuring strategy alignment and optimal operational performance.
• Lead integration and oversight of SAP and logistics service provider systems; prepare and present monthly dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate resolution of warehouse quality issues and investigate all shipment and ERP exceptions, including incomplete shipments and discrepancies.
• Support manufacturing operations by optimizing raw material distribution and providing timely inventory status updates to the network.
  
  

Required

• Experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) experience.
• Proficiency in SAP software.
• Minimum academic qualifications: Doctorate degree, or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience, or Associate’s degree with 8 years of experience, or High school diploma / GED with 10 years of experience.
