Responsibilities

• Develop and drive strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Conduct environmental scans, organizational analyses, and studies to inform strategic direction and potential business opportunities.
• Lead the creation of high-quality presentations and deliverables for executive-level and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide ad hoc strategic support for leadership, including the development and maintenance of metrics and performance reviews.
  
  

Experience/Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; alternatives considered include Master’s or higher with adjusted years of relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, and forecasting in a business/process leadership capacity.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to quickly build relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the apparel industry or with prior relevant company experience.
