Location: Rancho Cordova, California (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are supporting a Senior Project Manager opportunity that offers the chance to lead a diverse portfolio of facilities and construction projects from start to finish. Our team is looking for a professional who can manage stakeholder relationships, drive project delivery, and help ensure strong outcomes across complex onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of design and construction projects ranging from approximately $50K to $10M in scope.
• Serve as the day-to-day onsite point of contact for client stakeholders and project partners.
• Develop project plans, track progress, monitor risks, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee budget tracking, cost forecasting, quality control, and continuous process improvement efforts.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of project management experience within the real estate or construction industry.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week at the client campus in Rancho Cordova, CA.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commercial construction or facilities project experience, with light/photon lab experience preferred and comfort working in critical or semi-conductor environments.
• Proficiency in MS Project or other Gantt chart scheduling tools is preferred, along with experience managing cost reports, budgets, and construction management contracts.
