Job Title: Scientist (R&D)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and self-motivated professional to contribute to advanced drug discovery efforts in a multidisciplinary environment. Our team leverages strong chemistry expertise to develop innovative technologies and support therapeutic programs for neurologic diseases.

Responsibilities

• Design, synthesize, and purify functionalized oligonucleotides suitable for antibody bioconjugation.
• Propose and optimize novel synthetic and bioconjugation methods to advance antibody-oligonucleotide conjugate platforms.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across medicinal chemistry and other departments to solve complex challenges, including reaction optimization and synthetic feasibility.
• Actively participate in discussions and present results in team meetings.
  
  

Required

• Ph.D. (1-3 years of experience) or M.Sc (8 years of experience) in chemistry with excellent knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry.
• Proficiency in synthesis, purification, and characterization techniques for organic compounds.
• Ability to independently design, plan, execute, and interpret experiments.
• Demonstrated track record of publications and/or scientific presentations.
