Job Title: Lead Product Manager

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic individual to guide the definition and delivery of asset management capabilities. Our team is focused on enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and advancing a clean, fair, and affordable energy future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of asset management solutions across the full asset management ecosystem.
  • Coordinate initiatives involving Maximo, Esri GIS, Salesforce, and other ad hoc products to streamline user experiences.
  • Drive projects aimed at improving operational efficiency for asset management users and customers.
  • Advance efforts supporting clean, fair, and affordable energy through optimized asset management processes.

Required

  • Demonstrated experience in product management focused on asset management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Maximo, Esri GIS, and Salesforce platforms.
  • Ability to deliver streamlined and intuitive user experiences for asset management users.
  • Commitment to supporting operational improvements within the energy sector.
