QA Lead (w2 only)

Job Title: QA Lead

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead all phases of software quality assurance in a dynamic financial technology team. Our team values individuals with strong technical abilities who are passionate about ensuring the excellence of applications throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute functional, system integration, end-to-end, accessibility, and regression testing.
• Develop and implement test strategies and document test results to support high-quality software delivery.
• Execute API testing using Postman and support development with scripting and debugging skills.
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum work environment and participate in thorough bug tracking and reporting using JIRA.
  
  

Required

• Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance with expertise in Java Selenium BDD framework and functional testing.
• Proficient in scripting/programming and using IDEs such as IntelliJ for automation and manual testing.
• Extensive experience executing API collections using Postman and basic database query skills.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum environments, JIRA for bug tracking/reporting, and creating comprehensive test strategies and results.
