Job Title: Facilities Engineer

Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a Facilities Engineer with a company that is looking for a proactive, collaborative professional to help drive facilities-related projects and commissioning activities. This position plays an important part in supporting senior staff with project initiation, technical documentation, walkdowns, and engineering recommendations that contribute to successful site operations.

Responsibilities

• Support senior facilities staff with the initiation, design, and delivery of facilities-related projects.
• Gather user requirements and translate them into technical documentation for execution by third-party firms.
• Assist with project definition through engineering studies, assessments, quality walkdowns, and field evaluations of existing systems.
• Participate in commissioning walks, support change controls and deviations, and contribute to inspection readiness and small site projects.
  
  

Required

• Experience with facilities management and projects is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, manage tasks to completion, and work proactively in a team environment.
• Commissioning experience is required.
• Must be comfortable supporting a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment and working closely with Facilities leadership.
• Must meet one of the following minimum education and experience combinations: master’s degree; bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience; associate degree with 6 years of experience; or high school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience.
