Responsibilities
- Manage assigned capital projects and facility studies from initiation through closeout while maintaining control of scope, schedule, budget, and quality deliverables.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for contractors, architects, engineers, and plant stakeholders, building effective working relationships across project teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, monitor progress, and escalate risks or delay drivers proactively to account leadership.
- Support bid leveling, contractor selection, change order review, and client-ready status reporting, while maintaining accurate project documentation in the designated project management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in construction project management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial, industrial, or manufacturing construction projects with successful on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Strong understanding of construction safety programs and protocols, with the ability to enforce compliance in an active manufacturing environment.
- OSHA 30-hour certification and proficiency with project scheduling and budgeting tools, including working knowledge of Adaptive Work, Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently, and a valid driver’s license with ability to travel 10% to 15% of the time.
