Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree – Mechanical/Civil Engineering
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication
- Utility Coordination Experience
- Ability to read and interpret DOT construction plans
- Experience in Bluebeam Revu
- Experience with API 1102
- Google Earth & GIS Experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Review construction documents, plan and profile drawings, and related submittals to assess proposed work near pipeline facilities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and third parties to confirm scope, resolve conflicts, and incorporate technical evaluations into reports.
- Perform engineering analysis such as stress, seismic, and other required evaluations, and mark up drawings as needed.
- Prepare technical recommendations, stipulations, and mitigation guidance for approval or further pipeline protection actions.
