Job Title: HRIS Analyst II
Location: Princeton, NJ – Hybrid
Role Overview:
- Join our team as an HRIS Analyst II, where you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our client’s HR systems and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop advanced reports in Workday, utilizing complex prompts and logic to enhance usability for end users.
- Reconcile data across platforms like Workday, Visier, and Power BI to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Migrate legacy Excel reports into Workday, promoting automation and consistency.
- Troubleshoot security issues, manage report access, and resolve visibility restrictions.
- Create and refine calculated fields to support strategic HR initiatives.
- Coordinate the distribution of scheduled reports and maintain distribution lists.
Skills Required:
- Extensive experience in Workday reporting and configuration.
- Proficient in Workday prompts, grouping/sorting logic, and calculated fields.
- Strong understanding of Workday security concepts.
- Exceptional attention to detail for data reconciliation and report maintenance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite; knowledge of Tableau/Power BI and SQL is a plus.
