Summary
- Advanced Report Development: Lead the creation of complex Workday prompts and implement sophisticated sorting/grouping logic to optimize report usability for end users. Generate insight from Engagement Surveys results for Executive leadership team.
- Data Reconciliation: Oversee efforts to reconcile Workday outputs with external systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms such as Workday, Visier and PowerBI.
- Report Migration: Manage the migration of legacy Excel-based reports into Workday, promoting automated and consistent reporting processes and cleaning up of Workday reports.
- Security Troubleshooting: Address security-related issues by verifying report access, managing sharing settings, and resolving user visibility restrictions.
- Calculated Fields Management: Develop new calculated fields and refine existing ones to meet evolving reporting needs and support strategic HR initiatives.
- Report Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of scheduled reports to targeted audiences and maintain accurate distribution lists.
- Reporting Clean-Up: Lead projects aimed at archiving unused reports and updating report tags to streamline reporting processes.
- User Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from end users regarding report usability, documenting enhancement requests for HRIS teams.
- Request Tracking: Oversee tracking and logging of reporting requests in the team’s ticketing system to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Workday Configuration: Configure Workday modules to align with organizational needs, including setting up business processes, security roles, and custom objects.
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing of Workday configurations and custom reports to ensure functionality and accuracy before deployment.
- Custom Report Development: Develop and maintain custom Workday reports to meet specific HR and business requirements.
- Visier Dashboard Configuration: Configure and optimize Visier Dashboards to provide comprehensive insights and facilitate strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Extensive experience as a People Data & Reporting Analyst or in a similar Workday reporting and configuration role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday prompts, grouping/sorting logic, calculated fields, configuration, testing, and Visier Dashboard configuration.
- Security Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Workday security concepts related to report access and visibility.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail for tasks involving reconciliation, clean-up, and report maintenance.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite; exposure to Tableau/Power BI and SQL is a plus.
Terms:
- 6 month contract
