Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate internal employee relocations, desk changes, department moves, and office reconfigurations with minimal disruption.
- Build move schedules, timelines, and project plans while coordinating with employees, IT teams, facilities, and external vendors.
- Manage move-related communication, documentation, floor plans, workspace assignments, and CMMS updates with strong attention to detail.
- Track issues during moves, support vendor follow-up and procurement tasks, and help maintain continuity across changing workplace needs.
- 1-2 years of experience in moves coordination, facilities management, workspace planning, or a related field.
- Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), CMMS, space planning and floor plan management software, and database management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, meticulous attention to detail, and proven problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated vendor management experience, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to multiple sites within a 10-mile radius.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Required U.S. Citizenship.
