Responsibilities

• Interpret complex engineering requirements to develop optimal design solutions for sophisticated medical device components, demonstrating advanced technical proficiency.
• Guide the development of robust test plans, procedures, and protocols to validate engineering designs and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Resolve multifaceted technical issues across hardware, software, and other technical components, employing effective problem-solving to prevent production downtime.
• Present comprehensive technical findings, design proposals, and project updates to senior stakeholders and executive management, ensuring clear communication of engineering concepts and their strategic impact.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's in Hardware Engineering.
• Demonstrated skills in product development lifecycle management, verification, and validation testing.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and analyze requirements in the context of hardware engineering and regulatory standards.
