Responsibilities
- Interpret complex engineering requirements to develop optimal design solutions for sophisticated medical device components, demonstrating advanced technical proficiency.
- Guide the development of robust test plans, procedures, and protocols to validate engineering designs and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Resolve multifaceted technical issues across hardware, software, and other technical components, employing effective problem-solving to prevent production downtime.
- Present comprehensive technical findings, design proposals, and project updates to senior stakeholders and executive management, ensuring clear communication of engineering concepts and their strategic impact.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's in Hardware Engineering.
- Demonstrated skills in product development lifecycle management, verification, and validation testing.
- Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and analyze requirements in the context of hardware engineering and regulatory standards.
