Job Title: Legal Specialist - Mid-Level

Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team supporting employee relations and employment matters. Our team handles a variety of legal and compliance functions, ensuring company processes and practices align with all relevant guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of I-9 forms, E-Verify, and immigration-related issues.
• Direct subpoenas and external requests for information to the appropriate departments.
• Facilitate communications with state labor agencies.
• Conduct research on employment-related topics and communicate findings appropriately.
  
  

Required

• Licensed attorney with active status in any state within the United States.
• 3-8 years of legal experience.
• Demonstrated motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel, including redlining, formatting, editing, sorting, and basic formulas.
