- Support the administration of I-9 forms, E-Verify, and immigration-related issues.
- Direct subpoenas and external requests for information to the appropriate departments.
- Facilitate communications with state labor agencies.
- Conduct research on employment-related topics and communicate findings appropriately.
- Licensed attorney with active status in any state within the United States.
- 3-8 years of legal experience.
- Demonstrated motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel, including redlining, formatting, editing, sorting, and basic formulas.
