Job Title: Experience Designer

Location: Orlando, Florida (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are recruiting for an Experience Designer opportunity focused on creating intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use digital experiences from concept through delivery. Our team is seeking a candidate who can translate user and business needs into thoughtful design solutions that support an agile, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Transform tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs across the full experience lifecycle.
• Identify customer and business needs through contextual inquiries, generative research, and quantitative research.
• Create visual, information, interaction, and service design elements that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Evaluate usability for new and existing products and provide constructive suggestions for improvement.
  
  

Required

• Experience using the Figma suite of design tools or similar digital prototyping tools.
• Proficiency in low-, medium-, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Experience gathering requirements from users and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with a design system and understanding accessibility fundamentals.
• Ability to validate designs through user testing and provide actionable feedback to developers, preferably in an agile environment.
• Online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital solutions through ideation, user research, wireframing, and design iteration.
