Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Farmers Branch, Texas (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support business analysis efforts within a risk-focused environment. This role plays a key part in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and helping drive effective solutions across project teams and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business problems, define scope, and support requirement definition, process review, impact assessment, and operational streamlining.
• Document business needs, review workflow process maps, and maintain implementation materials such as process maps, issues logs, and project documentation.
• Support business testing activities by developing testing strategies, assisting with test plan execution, and recommending preferred solutions.
• Coordinate with project members and business partners to assess stakeholder needs, manage issues, and support process implementation.
  
  

Required

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical or functional requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
