Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ERP Security and Finance Systems teams, ensuring smooth SAP operations.
- Drive team improvements, keeping projects on track and meeting milestones.
- Lead a diverse team across the US and India, inspiring performance.
- Support month-end close activities, resolving errors and maintaining schedules.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Provide leadership for US Back Office solutions, prioritizing stakeholder needs.
Skills Required:
- Strong grasp of SOx compliance and frameworks.
- Expertise in managing complex SAP systems and IT controls.
- Finance background with knowledge of month-end/year-end processes.
- Excellent leadership skills for guiding and supporting teams.
- Ability to drive process improvements and innovations.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
