Responsibilities
- Support lifecycle management activities for commercial combination products, including technical investigations and product performance assessments.
- Perform forensic evaluation of returned, retained, and engineering samples, including assembly and disassembly for analysis and troubleshooting.
- Lead and support structured root cause investigations, trend evaluations, engineering change control, and product risk management activities.
- Author, review, and maintain technical documentation, including engineering assessments, protocols, reports, specifications, risk assessments, and Design Controls deliverables.
- Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience, Associate degree and 6 years of experience, or High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience.
- Experience with device Design Controls and associated documentation.
- Experience supporting root cause analysis or failure investigations for devices or similar products.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
- Ability to support testing at ATO or AMA site and work in a hybrid environment.
