Responsibilities
- Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decisions and brand planning.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor brand and portfolio performance.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support new launches, optimize in-line brands, and solve complex business questions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external analytics vendors to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and accurate reporting.
- At least equivalate to AD level in experience
- Patient access and reimbursement analytics: patient journey 2nd analytics, field reimbursement analytics and ops.
- Specialty product or rare disease experience required
- 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical data science, brand analytics, or commercial analytics.
- At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Experience with patient access and reimbursement analytics is preferred, along with data experience in specialty pharmacy claims or patient-level data such as CoverMyMeds or IQVIA LAAD.
- Strong command of pharma data sources, including IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, claims data, and specialty pharmacy data.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, or SAS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
