Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our team in aligning technology, business operations, and compliance within a healthcare-focused environment. Our team values adaptability and clear communication to meet strict audit standards while driving process improvement and ensuring documentation meets regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements in partnership with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Create, maintain, and review departmental processes and procedures to ensure compliance with audit standards.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of IT Business Analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Azure Boards, and ServiceNow.
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
