Job Title: Bethel-Sr. Customer Support Representative

Location: Bethel, Connecticut (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are recruiting for a customer-facing role supporting account management, quotation preparation, and end-to-end fulfillment activities for a portfolio of global customers. Our team is seeking someone who can build strong relationships, coordinate across internal functions, and help ensure a smooth customer experience from order through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account matters and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Review contract, RFQ/RFP, and proposal requirements, then coordinate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotes and proposals.
• Oversee the fulfillment process, including order processing, shipping, logistics, and communication on order status, turnaround time, and issues.
• Support customer reviews, audits, negotiations, recovery plans, and reporting by providing metrics, analysis, and timely updates to internal teams and leadership.
  
  

Required

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, contract administration, customer service, project management, quality, or supply chain in manufacturing, operations, or aerospace; or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience in those areas.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR due to access to information or hardware subject to export control regulations.
• Must reside within 50 miles of 90039 to be considered for this position, as no relocation benefit is offered.
• Must be well organized and able to manage customer programs effectively.
• Must have proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and basic Internet use.
