Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee digital investment management, focusing on driving business impact through innovative media and digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities

• Set the vision for in-house media’s contribution to the marketing plan, and guide media strategy development to balance long- and short-term business priorities.
• Drive e-commerce sales and market share by effectively managing investment strategy, forecasting, and ongoing media testing roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external media partners (such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Affiliate) to ensure delivery of effective media plans aligned with business objectives.
• Guide the team in presenting strategy, results, and insights to the organization, while modeling a culture of innovation, intelligent risk-taking, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Required

• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing digital investment management, specifically media buying or ad spend, within a digital marketing or in-house media environment.
• Proven experience creating and implementing advanced media and digital marketing strategies across paid channels such as Social, Search, Affiliate, and Video (biddable).
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify insights, and drive ongoing marketing testing and optimizations using an integrated multi-channel approach.
• Established success in building and nurturing relationships with cross-functional teams and media partners to deliver impactful media investment and testing opportunities.
