Responsibilities
- Author, update, data-verify, and review technical transfer documents, protocols, reports, product impact assessments, and regulatory-support documentation.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret process development, characterization, validation, and manufacturing data to support technical transfer activities.
- Support laboratory studies and analytical testing, including formulation, mixing, filtration, sampling, pH, protein concentration, viscosity, and osmolality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Analytical Sciences, and Engineering to support transfer readiness, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
- Master degree, or Bachelor degree with 2 years of experience, or Associate degree with 6 years of experience, or high school diploma / GED with 8 years of experience.
- At least 3 years of drug product process development, manufacturing support, or technical transfer experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Hands-on laboratory and drug product process experience with a strong understanding of formulation, mixing, sterile filtration, filling, and end-to-end fill-finish processes.
- Demonstrated ability to author, data-verify, and review technical protocols, reports, impact assessments, transfer documents, and regulatory-support documentation.
