Job Title: Associate Manufacturing

Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking candidates for an Associate Manufacturing opportunity supporting floor operations in a cGMP manufacturing environment. This role is focused on safe, compliant execution of production activities, documentation, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace within a regulated setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete work in accordance with established cGMP procedures, SOPs, MPs, JHAs, and CFR requirements.
• Perform hands-on operation including set-up, cleaning, sanitization, monitoring of equipment, and support for assigned areas.
• Prepare and transfer buffers and media, weigh and dispense materials, and complete washroom activities.
• Run and monitor critical processes, complete documentation such as equipment logs and EBRs, and maintain an organized, clean workspace.
  
  

Required

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year of manufacturing and/or other regulated experience, or an Associate’s degree.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as biotechnology or pharmaceutical.
• Basic understanding of GMP principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficient Microsoft Office skills.
