Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated professional to drive key manufacturing processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our team is instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining detailed manufacturing plans that are crucial for production success and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to define and document as-built configurations.
- Support mechanics by providing clarification related to planning and engineering drawings or specifications, and prepare build analyses and cost estimate reports as needed.
- Manage tooling requirements and lifecycle—from initial design through to disposition—and participate in supplier integration and process investigations to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Draft, update, and review processes and procedures to support business and regulatory requirements while contributing to enterprise-level benchmarking and best practices adoption.
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing planning and proficiency in analyzing and interpreting engineering data, including the ability to read 2D and 3D drawings and specifications.
- Experience with CAD software and strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft applications.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or associate’s degree with at least 6 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience.
- Ability to work within confined spaces, go up and down stairs, and complete required training (on-the-job or formal classroom) as a condition of assignment.
