What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aruba Engineer position at SSI People?
Must Have Technical Skills:
- 7 years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise wireless networks
- Strong hands?on experience with Aruba wireless platforms, including access points, controllers, and Aruba Central
- Proven expertise with Aruba ClearPass, including 802.1X, BYOD workflows, guest access, device profiling, and TACACS/RADIUS
- Experience designing and supporting internet offload and guest Wi?Fi architectures in large enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of 802.11 standards, RF principles, roaming behavior, and wireless security
- Experience operating wireless networks at enterprise scale (hundreds to thousands of access points and locations)
- Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery models for enterprise network initiatives
