Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ISO Coordinator to take ownership of our ISO 9001 Quality Management System. The ISO Coordinator will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving our ISO management system. This role works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent compliance, audit readiness, and a culture of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain ISO 9001 documentation, including procedures, forms, and records
- Track, collect, and review department-level compliance reports (monthly/quarterly)
- Coordinate and support internal audits and corrective actions
- Prepare for and assist with external ISO surveillance and recertification audits
- Provide training and guidance on ISO processes and expectations
- Lead document control and ensure records are current and accessible
- Compile materials for management review meetings
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementation
- Serve as the main point of contact for all ISO-related queries and communication.
- Ensure timely updates to manuals, forms, and documentation as standards or business needs evolve.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- At least 3 years of experience working with ISO 9001 systems in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
