Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute core HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll/benefits administration, and compliance.
- Manage HR operations across multiple office locations; ability to visit each office monthly.
- Support employee relations, culture-building initiatives, and performance management processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational growth.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and firm policies.
- Supervise and direct legal assistants on HR-related administrative tasks.
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and manage the full employee lifecycle.
- Contribute to process improvement and help build a scalable, efficient HR infrastructure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of broad-based HR experience (recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits, and employee relations).
- Prior experience supporting multi-location operations is highly preferred.
- Proven success in a growing organization (e.g., scaling from <50 to ~50 employees).
- Experience in professional services or legal environments is a plus.
- Proficiency with ADP, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in a growing team.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
