Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience supporting Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or other APM platforms.
- Strong experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and observability tools.
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace implementation, administration, and monitoring.
- Experience migrating applications and infrastructure monitoring between APM platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Linux, UNIX, and Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of system performance monitoring and OS-level diagnostic tools.
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of incident management, SLA management, and production support.
- Experience deploying and supporting enterprise software solutions.
