Job Description:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in IBM i / AS400.
- Expert-level proficiency in SYNON.
- Strong experience in RPG, ILE/RPG, SQL RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE.
- Experience with LANSA and LANSA for Web.
- Strong experience in DB2/400.
- Experience with MQ, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, FTP/SFTP.
- Hands-on experience with debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating IBM i applications with Java, .NET, web applications, or cloud platforms.
- Exposure to IBM i modernization tools and strategies.
- Experience with change management and version control tools such as Aldon, Turn Over, and Git.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
- Experience in solutioning, reviewing, and validating technical documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a client-facing technical lead role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
