Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support and enhance enterprise Salesforce applications for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate will have 6 10 years of Salesforce development experience, strong Level 3 production support expertise, and experience working in Agile environments. Experience with MuleSoft and Python is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), and related technologies.
- Provide Level 3 production support by troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Analyze, debug, and optimize Salesforce solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver enhancements and defect fixes.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and release activities.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft or other integration tools (preferred).
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support processes.
Required Skills
- 6 10 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience in Salesforce development and production/application support.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce platform customization.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- MuleSoft integration experience.
- Python development experience.
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
