About The Role
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across various medical surgical floors.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Prioritize quality care with patients’ best interests at heart.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- BSN required within 48 months of hire.
- Minimum one (1) year of RN experience in acute care M/S.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current ACLS certification or ability to obtain within one (1) year.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
