A well‑established, nationally recognized personal injury firm is expanding its Tampa trial team and seeking an experienced Plaintiff‑Side Personal Injury Trial Attorney to step into a high‑impact, courtroom‑forward role.

The Practice
- Plaintiff‑side personal injury litigation

This is not a pre‑lit or settlement‑mill role. You will be trying cases.
The Role
- Serve as first‑chair trial attorney on personal injury matters
- Manage cases from litigation through verdict
- Take and defend depositions; argue motions; handle mediations
- Prepare and try cases in state court
- Contribute to trial strategy and case valuation
- Mentor junior attorneys and help elevate the trial team
- Play a visible role in the continued growth of the Tampa practice
You’ll have autonomy, resources, and leadership support to focus on winning cases.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of plaintiff‑side personal injury experience
- Minimum of 5 personal injury jury trials as first chair
- Strong courtroom presence and command of litigation strategy
- Florida Bar admission required
- Team‑oriented mindset with interest in long‑term growth and leadership
Compensation & Upside
- Base salary: $150K–$180K
- Up to $200K base for candidates with 10 years of relevant trial experience
- Bonus and performance‑based incentives tied to results
Total compensation for strong performers typically ranges from $200K–$250K , with top trial attorneys earning more based on outcomes and case results.
