The Practice
This team supports:
- High‑Net‑Worth Individuals and Families
- Trust, estate, and gift tax planning
- Pass‑through entities, partnerships, and S‑corps
- Complex federal and multi‑state individual taxation
The role is generalist in nature with a strong PCS lean, making it attractive to candidates from national, regional, or strong local firms.
The Role
- Manage and review complex individual and flow‑through tax engagements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and seniors
- Partner with leadership on planning strategies and client service delivery
- Play a visible role in a growing PCS practice
- No book of business required.
Who This Is For
- Tax Manager: 6 years of public accounting experience
- Senior Tax Manager: 8–10 years, including team leadership
- CPA required

Compensation & Benefits
- Tax Manager: $120,000 – $180,000 base
- Senior Tax Manager: $150,000 – $230,000 base
