An established and growing wealth management firm is expanding its team and seeking a Senior Wealth Management Associate to support high-net-worth individuals, families, endowments, and foundations. This role offers strong visibility, meaningful client interaction, and a clear path for long-term career growth—either within client service/team operations or toward becoming a Wealth Manager (Advisor)
About the Role

This team operates in a hybrid work environment, with employees in the office three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and remote flexibility the remaining days.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, outside advisors (CPAs, attorneys), and custodians
- Participate in client meetings, including managing agendas, taking notes, preparing follow-up summaries, and tracking action items
- Utilize financial planning tools to analyze and support recommendations related to cash flow, long-term planning, and asset allocation
- Prepare analyses to support client decisions around insurance (life, disability, LTC), education funding, and debt management
- Coordinate and delegate workflow to Client Service Associates
- Oversee annual tax reporting processes and collaborate with external CPAs
- Review and manage documentation for client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account maintenance
- Coordinate client engagement touchpoints, including communications, anniversaries, and client appreciation efforts
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in wealth management, ideally within an RIA environment
- Series 65 license, or willingness to obtain within 12 months (sponsorship available)
- FPQP designation or progress toward CFP (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM and financial planning tools such as Salesforce, eMoney, or Tamarac is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to delegate, think critically, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities
Pay range and compensation package:
- Base Salary: Typically $100,000 – $120,000, depending on experience
- Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
- Additional Incentives: Eligibility for new business incentive programs (for licensed professionals)
