Business Development Coordinator – Private Equity
We are working with a leading global law firm seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support its Private Equity practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career BD/marketing professional looking to gain exposure in a high-performing, client-facing practice, with clear growth into more strategic responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pitch and proposal development (RFPs, presentations, credentials)
- Maintain and update CRM systems and experience databases
- Assist with marketing collateral and client-facing materials
- Coordinate events, sponsorships, and internal initiatives
- Manage workflows and help ensure BD processes move forward efficiently
Role Scope: This position is initially execution and process-driven, focused on delivering high-quality work and keeping initiatives on track. As you demonstrate success, there will be opportunities to grow into more partner-facing and strategic BD responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in business development or marketing
- Background as a BD/marketing assistant, analyst, or coordinator
- Law firm experience strongly preferred, or direct experience supporting Private Equity or related sectors
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in developing toward a more strategic, client-facing BD career track

- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote
