Senior Financial Analyst

We're partnering with a growing multi-office professional services firm seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support executive leadership with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, and strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Support audits, tax compliance, and multi-state reporting
- Deliver financial insights, KPIs, and variance analysis to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience
- Strong financial reporting, general ledger accounting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Law firm or professional services experience highly preferred
- Experience with legal accounting software is a plus
