About the Role
The firm is looking for an attorney who is confident and capable in all aspects of PI litigation. Ideal candidates will have:
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
- (open to senior‑level candidates, including those with 20–35 years of experience)
- Strong deposition skills
- Ability to manage discovery independently
- Comfortable drafting and arguing motions
- Experience handling serious accident or catastrophic injury cases is a plus
- Trial experience is welcome but not required
Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation-focused PI caseload from complaint through resolution
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Draft and argue substantive motions
- Prepare cases for mediation and trial
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Engage directly with clients with compassion and professionalism
Compensation & Commission Structure
Base salary:
- Approximately $120,000 - 200,000 depending on years of experience
Commission:
- Generally, 10% of attorney fees, with potential for higher percentages depending on case origination, first‑chair trial responsibilities, etc.
